The waitress was not that friendly, she took her sweet time with refills. The wings were burned, when asked for new wings, she said they would still be the same because of the oil. There was also bugs in the bathroom
Customer service is excellent very friendly staff. However the food at the Buffett was terrible. Nothing was fresh or even close. She brought a new pizza out and it still didn't look like it was fresh like maybe it had been sitting in the back for 20 minutes or so. The onions on the salad bar had definitely been sitting all day the color of the red onion was nasty and unappealing. I love unions but it would have been too much to ask for them to replace the unions the pizza the old and dry pasta. Literally nothing was close to fresh but I guess you get what you pay for
